Princeps Santifico
Principle Consecrator

The principle consecrator is the chief consecrator who has been selected by the current senior pastor of end time if they elect to do so.  This is a part of the Ministerial Canon Law that is being published even as I am typing this information.

The Princeps Sanctifico has one specific job above all other tasks and duties that are performed which is to keep the things that are used in ministry by the bishop consecrated and available for use.  This includes:

1.  The Bishop himself by praying for him before he preaches or teaches or otherwise in general sessions in that the bishop generally must write, teach, counsel at all times or be available to do so.

2.  The bishops vestments (the preaching robes, jackets and all other essential elements of ministry which may include:

a.  Prayer cloths, towels etc.

b.  Towels used while preaching

c.  Coverings as they related to cloaks that cover the bishop after he has ministered and is sweating.

3.  The bishop's office or teaching quarters and the podium area along with the altar and the entire pulpit.  The Santifico may enlist the aid of other ministers, deacons or deacons in training.  They must be anointed for and prayed over before they are given the opportunity to administer the law of the smear over the areas so designated.  Only under the supervision of the Santifico will they be able to operate in this activity.

4.  The Bishop should be the primary concern of the Priceps Santifico above all else as it relates to the obligations and responsibility of the said individual who has assumed this position.   The position of the Santifico can be filled by:

a.  A Minister given over to this charge who is so chosen and who is willing to submit to training, prayer etc.

b.  An Elder who has received this burden who qualifies for entry into this position

c.  A Deacon of stature who has served in the office of a deacon for several years.

d.  A believer who is willing to be trained, enter into consecration, who is spiritual, a lover of the Word of God and one given over to prayer and fasting.
