Succession is defined as: "The action or process of inheriting a title, office, property, etc. and thereby moving into a position or office that was once occupied by a previous leader."  It is often said that there can be no success without one to succeed you in your endeavors.

Succession ministries was developed to aid believers, ministers, pastors and bishops with information that would enable them to prepare leadership to guard, maintain and expand the vision and ministry that was given by God.
