Its All About Love, The New Release

Love never gets old. In fact it is always philosophically, morally and sociologically correct. Because of the many instances of hatred and violence and disheartening events that are seen on a daily basis it is always good to know that love still exists and is a common thread of society and the human heart.

Growing up in the 60's and 70's were times of violence and apathy when this country was being ripped apart by prejudice and violence and yet these times were also some times of solitude and strength. I remember being poor and yet there was a sense of safety and happiness. Many of us were poor but we didn't know it. Since everyone around us were in the same shape we thought this was how life was.

The things I remember most is family and friends. We struggled together cried together and laughed together. With a loving mother who took care of us we survived. Some have scars and wounds that have healed some will heal in time. It is the memory of love and connection that inspired me to put together a collection of songs about love. Some of these compositions have been released on previous projects and some have never been released.

Music is about expression of the heart and soul. Its inspiration flows from the spirit and it reflects our experiences both good and bad. It lives on in the hearts of those who have heard it and moves throughout the universe as sound that does not dissipate. This is the reason for the this compilation of songs that focus on love.

The project is entitled "Its All About Love" I am hoping to release the project in late spring or early summer. This project will be released under the Lion Legacy Label and will be released through the CD Baby company. We are hoping to have national distribution through venues such as Amazon, Spotify and other major distribution channels. Stay tuned for more information concerning the project.
