The Pneumatic Blueprints of The Imaginations
What is the human spirit? Is it synonymous with the human soul or does such a thing truly exist? This is an age old question and pursuit of many physicians, theologians and students of metaphysics. Essencology was developed in the mid to late 80's. It was one of my intensive studies that I was working on when developing my 2nd and 3rd papers for my TH.D. and my PH.D. dissertations. At the same time I began to develop a thesis for Essencology. The thesis was never published but became the first text and master text for Essencology. Since then I have been working feverishly writing and researching the concepts that were used to construct this concept for studying man and his phusiological construct and beginnings. Since then I have written over 20 books on Essencology and a number of articles.
One such subject that fascinates me is the subject of the human spirit. For the most part the research that I have conducted and the continued studies have been from an "analytical exegetical expository" of scripture in alignment with theoretic theology. When examining the nature (phusiological construct) of man scripture reveals the following:
"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." (Gen. 27)
It is here that the nature of man is exclusively introduced by the inspired word of God. It is here that we see the trichotomic nature of man which contains:
1. Physiological
2. Neshammah Chay (Spirit)
3. Logosian constructed Nephesh
The text literally asserts the following: Ap +Nc =Np (Aphar + Neshammah Chay equals Nephesh (Living Soul or Np)
The somatic structure of man with all of its physiological systems was forged by God out of the dust of the earth. This physiological or somatic structure of man, substantially begins with physical matter that gives man material dimensions within time and space. It is important that this is understood to be the hupostasis (foundational essence) At the very base level of man's phusiological state he is material essence. The fascinating thing about this scriptural fact is that the solidification of this material essence was achieved by the Logos of God (St. John 1:3). The text indicates the following:
"All things were made by him(the Logos); and without him was not anything made that was made"
The term "made" is rendered "ginomai" and indicates the process of formation or of generating, causing to rise or to be assembled. This gives a slightly unique approach to understanding the creation of the first man and of the original nature of man. It appears that the material essence of man was constructed into the somatic systemic vessel with and by the Logos (creative mental energies of God released through either thought or verbalization). I have my suspicions that with God because of His extra and unlimited essence of omnipresence that His speech is not like ours (but that is another study all together). The physiological somatic system of man then is composed of material essence and Logosian energies. Logos can mean word or discourse and points to the existence of an intelligent being. There can be thought or discourse without a living being that is discoursing.
It was the breathing of the neshammah chay (breath of life) that animated both the physiological and the nepheshiological (living soul). This is where I disagree with many who believe that man is a spirit that dwells in a body and has a soul. Scripture reveals that man became a "Living Soul" or a "breather of wind or spirit" Man became a spiritually sustained living or animated entity with Logosian abilities. It is here that I see man as having a mind that can discourse, think, compute as well as respond, react or desire by way of the emotions. Man is not a spirit according to the scripture but man is a living integrated soul within a somatic physiological body which is also integrated with a pneumatological energy and organ we call spirit.
It is the spirit that animates (gives liveliness of existence) of the soul and of the body. Animation refers to the capacity to operate or move. Movement or activity of the soul is its functioning in thought, discoursing, imagination emotional content etc. The spirit is the element that enables man to function in the higher pneumatic functions of the spirit dimensions and realms of the immaterial. It is also the spiritual that enables the soul to utilize the Word of God and to form images that are produced by hearing the Word. The spirit working in conjunction with the soul or nephesh enables the soul to construct images that have been formed in the unconscious mind (That part of man that was the active spirit which has become buried deep in the trichotomic essence of man that is connected to the heart of man through conjunctive pneumatic nepheshiological synapses and receptors) which became deeply buried after the fall of Adam. It is the Pneuma (spirit) that empowers words (either God's Word or some other thoughts) to become images that will cause emotional and intellectual responses to become a part of our imagination and the pattern in which we behave or respond to situations in our lives. The spirit appears to be the constructor of the blueprints of the imagination that are produced by faith (consistent confidence and credence of thought). It appears that we prepare our hearts within us to react to what we believe. In many respect what we believe is the force of our inner conflict, peace or stress. It is this condition of mental assertion that produces energies that may very well produce reality or at least causes us to produce the reality in our lives.
